How to Design Your Q4 Visibility Plan
Welcome to the Pam Speaks 2 You Creative Business Podcast — the podcast for independent authors and creative professionals who are done playing small and ready to build something real. I am your host, Pamela Hilliard Owens, and I am so glad you are here with me today.
Today we are talking about something that determines, more than almost anything else, how the last three months of this year go for your creative business: your Q4 visibility plan. Not a vague intention to "post more" or "show up better." An actual plan — the kind you could hand to someone else and they would know exactly what to do and when to do it.
Here is why this matters so much right now, in late September. October, November, and December are not just three more months on the calendar. For many independent authors and creative professionals, this stretch is where a disproportionate share of the year's revenue, readership, and new relationships get built. People are buying gifts. People are closing out budgets. People are doing their own end-of-year reflecting and deciding, often somewhat suddenly, that this is the season they finally invest in themselves. If you are not visible in a deliberate way during that window, you are not just missing some engagement. You are missing the moment your ideal reader or client is most ready to find you.
Every week after an episode is published, you can discuss the episode with other PS2Y members and me in the customized room for the Creative Business Podcast.
